1. Surface Aluminum-Zinc (Magnesium) Steel Plate
The Aluminum-Zinc steel plate is an extraordinary blend of aluminum-zinc alloy structure, consisting of 55% aluminum, 43.5% zinc, and 1.5% silicon, magnesium, among other elements. Solidified at the impressive heat of 600ºC, its intricate structure forms a robust and compact quaternary crystal alloy composed of aluminum-iron-silicon-zinc.
★With a metal substrate thickness of 0.25mm, it expands to 0.27mm-0.28mm following the baking paint process. Prior to shaping, the aluminum-zinc steel plate boasts a weight of 2.0 kg/sqm.
2. Structural Characteristics:
The polyurethane material offers a remarkable porosity structure, primarily maintaining a stable closed-cell formation (closed-cell ratio ≥90%). This unique characteristic not only delivers exceptional thermal insulation but also enhances frost resistance and superior sound absorption.
3.Specifications of Metal Carved Panels:
Available in thicknesses of 14/16/20mm, each panel measures a width of 415mm, with an effective width ranging from 360-380mm.The narrowest 'Great Wall' panel spans approximately 360mm, while the broadest flat panel extends to about 390mm. Lengths can be tailored from two meters, with standard availability ranging from 2-6 meters for hassle-free transportation.
