Our Aluminum-Zinc Steel Plate boasts an innovative alloy structure, meticulously crafted with a composition of 55% aluminum, 43.5% zinc, and 1.5% silicon and magnesium. This unique blend is solidified at an impressive 600ºC, resulting in an intricate, dense quaternary crystal alloy composed of aluminum, iron, silicon, and zinc.
★ With a robust 0.25mm metal substrate, and a thickness of 0.27mm-0.28mm after the baking paint process, the aluminum-zinc steel plate achieves a pre-forming weight of 2.0 kg per square meter.

The polyurethane material features a superb porosity structure, predominantly with a closed-cell composition (closed-cell ratio ≥90%). This design not only excels in thermal insulation but also offers exceptional frost resistance and sound absorption capabilities.

The panel width stands at 415mm with an effective width approximately ranging from 360mm to 380mm.The narrowest Great Wall panel measures around 360mm, whereas the widest flat panel extends up to 390mm. These dimensions offer versatile design possibilities. Custom lengths ranging from two to six meters are available, ensuring easy transportation and tailored fit for every project.
