Crafted with a high-quality aluminum-zinc alloy structure, this steel plate boasts a composition of 55% aluminum, 43.5% zinc, and 1.5% silicon, magnesium, and other elements. Solidified at an impressive 600ºC, it forms a robust aluminum-iron-silicon-zinc alloy with a dense quaternary crystal structure.
★ Featuring a 0.25mm metal substrate, which expands to 0.27mm-0.28mm after the baking paint process, this aluminum-zinc steel plate weighs in at a substantial 2.0 kg/sqm before forming.

The polyurethane material used here showcases a stable porosity structure with a predominantly closed-cell formation (closed-cell ratio ≥90%). It not only excels in thermal insulation but also offers remarkable frost resistance and sound absorption properties.

Available in thicknesses of 14/16/20mm, these panels offer a panel width of 415mm with an effective width ranging from approximately 360-380mm.The Great Wall panel showcases a narrowest effective width of about 360mm, while the flat panel extends to a maximum width of around 390mm. Lengths start from two meters and can be customized up to 2-6 meters for effortless transportation and seamless installation.
