The aluminum-zinc steel plate boasts an advanced alloy structure, consisting of an impressive blend of 55% aluminum, 43.5% zinc, and 1.5% silicon, magnesium, and more. Solidified at 600ºC, this cutting-edge composition creates an incredibly dense quaternary crystal alloy of aluminum-iron-silicon-zinc, ensuring unmatched durability and reliability.
★ Our 0.25mm metal substrate transforms to a robust 0.27mm-0.28mm after the finely-tuned baking paint process. Remarkably, the aluminum-zinc steel plate's weight before forming stands at a significant 2.0 kg/sqm, highlighting its premium quality.

3.Specifications of metal carved panels:
The panels are available in thickness options of 14/16/20mm, with an overall panel width of 415mm. The effective width ranges about 383mm, offering flexibility with an actual effective width between 360-380mm.Our innovative design allows for the narrowest Great Wall panel measuring approximately 360mm, and the widest flat panel extends to around 390mm. Lengths starting from two meters can be tailored to your precise requirements, making transportation convenient with customizable lengths between 2 to 6 meters.
