Crafted from a remarkable aluminum-zinc alloy, this steel plate boasts a composition of 55% aluminum, 43.5% zinc, and 1.5% silicon, magnesium, and other elements. It is solidified at a high temperature of 600ºC. This meticulous process results in a robust structure composed of aluminum-iron-silicon-zinc, forming an exceptionally dense quaternary crystal alloy.
★ Featuring a 0.25mm metal substrate, this steel plate gains an added layer of resilience, reaching 0.27mm-0.28mm after undergoing a specialized baking paint process. Before forming, the aluminum-zinc steel plate impressively weighs 2.0 kg/sqm.
